On Saturday, we were intending to purchase a Mercedes ML 350, but wanted to stop at lexus to rule out the 400H. When we arrived we worked with Andy and it was such a great experience. Andy worked with us on price and took absolute care of us. We would love to work with Andy again and look forward to building our relationship with Lexus. Doug the finance manager was not very friendly. In fact he was condescending. He warmed up by the end of the interaction, but I was not happy with how he treated us in the beginning. I walked into the dealtership not knowing what to expect. I was advised that since I am single now that it would be better to lease a vehicle so it would always be new. He also suggested a 2010 vehicle as it would have been a better deal, but I went with the 2011 as I like the interior color better. Anyway, if was good he showed me that I had options. He's been in contact with me, as far as making sure I come in for the free service and car wash. I really feel like I'm someone special at the Lexus dealorship.
