When I approached McGrath I was there to test drive a Lexus IS250 and I left with a Lexus IS250. Granted different color and year. He is always friendly and professional and gives me a complete explanation of what was done and what will need to be addressed in the future. I feel Bob treats my car like he would his own. He recognizes I have an older, low mileage vehicle and adjusts the service to that situation. Bob has been able to give me a comprehensive analysis on what my car needs and when. On Saturday, we were intending to purchase a Mercedes ML 350, but wanted to stop at lexus to rule out the 400H. When we arrived we worked with Andy and it was such a great experience. Andy worked with us on price and took absolute care of us. We would love to work with Andy again and look forward to building our relationship with Lexus. Doug the finance manager was not very friendly. In fact he was condescending. He warmed up by the end of the interaction, but I was not happy with how he treated us in the beginning. I walked into the dealtership not knowing what to expect. I was advised that since I am single now that it would be better to lease a vehicle so it would always be new. My nephew just leased a Lexus so he suggested it to me. Nick was very informative and patient with me. He showed me all the bells and whistles that went with the vehicle. He also suggested a 2010 vehicle as it would have been a better deal, but I went with the 2011 as I like the interior color better. Anyway, if was good he showed me that I had options. He's been in contact with me, as far as making sure I come in for the free service and car wash. I really feel like I'm someone special at the Lexus dealorship. Previously when I purchased a car, that was the end of that. I would truly recommend your dealship because of Nick. More
