HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Was consistently bothered by Matt in sales to bring my end of lease in. When I communicated the day I would be in he still continued to call. When we brought the car in we were clear in our message that we wanted to find out if any repairs needed to be done to the vehicle before we turned it in as this is what he told me over the phone....from here the horrible sales tactics started. 1. Lied to me about the reason he was taking a copy of my license... 2. Tried to tell me that although a new return policy was in place my car applied to the old one and I would have to purchase all new tires and repair most monor dings...This was not consistent with the info that was mailed to me and when I showed him what I had he suddenly changed his tune. 3. Wasted our time with his horrible selling tactics even though we told him multiple time that we were not there to buy a new car yet. This was communicated to him multiple times both in person and over the phone. 4. Completely lied to us about the turn in process. When we asked to speak to his manager his manager also gave us information that was false. This false messaging was confirmed to us thru the Lexus customer service hotline that I called immediately after leaving this dealer and another competing dealer in the area. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed! I had hoped to purchase a new Lexus but after this episode this dealership will never again get my business. I felt ripped off on all levels. More

Everything thing about my buying experience was GOLD STANDARD !! Never been this impressed with a car dealer. Salesman was very knowledgable and went the extra mile with researching previous owner, car fax, service history not enter in the car fax, ect ,,, I spent several hours at this dealer shopping for the perfect car. The selection was good and they had things to do while I waited for my financing to be approved. There is a putting green and cafe with food and coffee while you wait. Would recommend this dealer and BILL DAVIS specifically to my friends and family . YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED. Was truly a pleasure doing business with you MCGRATH family !!!! I sent an email from the McGrath Lexus website to request information on several cars that I was interested in purchasing. Andy was courteous and attentive to several requests that I made that required him to research information on several different cars, extended warranties, and what it would take to certify a car on their website that was being offered for sale without certification. He provided me with all the information timely and was respectful of my concerns and answered my questions. I also had to contact him a couple of times after hours and he was prompt with his return calls. He also was respectful and considerate of the fact that I had to spend several hundred dollars to pick up the car because I live 220 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership he spent all the time I needed to explain all the features and options on my car. Andy is a professional who hasn't lost the human touch. I have been a Lexus customer since 1994. Andy made sure I became a McGrath Lexus Customer now and in the future. More

I visited McGrath Lexus of Chicago on May 5, 2011 and purchased a used 2003 Jeep Liberty. I inquired about the vehicle on the internet May 4th and Andy Miodynski contacted me promptly. We scheduled to meet May 5th, his day off which I thought went above and beyond exceptional customer service, and I immediately was greeted by the staff and the car was clean and ready to go for a test drive. I fell in love with it and knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Andy completed the paperwork in a timely fashion and Frank Cowan in the finance department was very efficient as well.
