I was never treated so well by any car dealer / salesperson - and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. They treated me as if I were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Steve was not salesperson - and I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. They treated me as if I were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. Steve was not only friendly, he was open, honest, and genuine - refreshing!. There was no back-and-forth negotiatin. By the time I got to the financing part everything was ready. They gave me top dollar for my trade - I did the homework before going to the dealership so I knew what the vehicle was worth. I met several other people while there including the general manager who found the time to say hello. I will be back! More
Was very pleased with McGrath and Andy was a great salesman, however to be honest with the low miles on a 2006 LS car it didn't take a lot on convincing. However there were some things that needed to be fixed and so far Andy has had the service dept take care of them but were still waiting on a part from Japan, because of the earthquake the plant was destroyed so I don't know about that yet. I had a very positive experience with this dealership. Their follow-up was extremely fast and communication was appropriate in timeliness and frequency. I traveled some distance from my home for this experience as the two dealerships more proximal to my home failed in responding to my needs. In one case the response was " I lost your email", and in the other, "I didn't answer your phone call because I was outside with a customer". At McGrath Lexus, the professionalism exhibited was more in line with expectations one could expect to experience in purchasing a luxury automobile. More
I initially visited “McGrath Lexus of Chicago” to buy a 2010 CPO RX350. Matt Toig assisted me to decide for a brand new 2011 Rx350. One of his exceptional services was to find a certified place to install a handicap hand control. I’m a disabled customer who needs to have a handicap hand control installed. He will deliver the car to me after the hand control is installed. I’m very impressed by Matt’s exceptional services and professionalism. More

The car purchasing process can be painful and long and often you walk away not feeling satisfied with the purchase or the deal that you got. I have never experienced either with Sharon and now with Andy a often you walk away not feeling satisfied with the purchase or the deal that you got. I always know I will be treated well...fairly and efficiently ( I was in and out with a new car in an hour and a half.) I also know I will be well taken care of during maintenance with Rich Palika....I will be a loyal customer for years to come...as I already have for years in the past. More

I serviced my first Lexus, an RX 300, at McGrath for 10 years. The service has been excellent -- prompt, efficient, and competent. Steve found us the perfect one, and was a pleasure to deal with. Douglas Bell was a top pro as well, helping us with financing. He made a long process painless. And his advice was invaluable. Mark is our trusted friend and service man. We won't make a Lexus move without him! Our only difficulty was in negotiating the price. Because it was a previously owned car, Steve had to keep jumping up and talking to someone else. It was very disruptive. The person he talked to did not know us and it was off-putting.
