I was able to examine several vehicles; this included, brakes, belts, the exterior and the vehicle's interior systems thoroughly. To my delight a disc was even presented enabling me to check the CD stereo! I was left feeling very confident about the vehicle that I selected and the financing process was easy. I am proud to say that I am again the proud owner of a Lexus SUV! I will not hesitate to recommend McGrath Lexus and Nick Novelli to my family, friends and co-workers for their next luxury vehicle purchase. More

Well, I will start by saying I'm on my third car with McGrath and my sales person Julie Hill. So that should say a lot in itself. The economy has not been favorable to my profession. I was sure I'd get turned around and have to go to some B-rate dealership. That’s where McGrath, Julie, and the rest of the team (yes, even the dreaded finance guy. lol) really earned their keep in my book. They treated me with total respect and I'd say more than a bit of patience. It's not often that you see a top-notch dealership work as hard (actually multiple days) as they did for someone with a less than perfect situation. I'm definitely drinking the McGrath kool-aid (or water, that 13 different people offered me. lol). Needless to say, I'm in a car that I absolutely love. Thank you McGrath. I never thought purchasing a car would be so easy. To start with, I loved the fact that Heather did not attempt to "sell" the car to me. She "educated" me on the facts of the car I was considering and t start with, I loved the fact that Heather did not attempt to "sell" the car to me. I work in the hospitality industry and live on the guest service mantra and Heather made me feel like her guest. The entire process took less than 2 hours. I came into the dealership late in the evening and she was attentive to me as though I came in the morning and was her first customer of the day. She did not rush me at all, including the test drive process. To top it all off, once all was done she offered to deliver the car to me. She did - at precisely the time promised. Thank you Heather! From the first moment I step through the doors at McGrath Lexus I must say wow. I was greated with a cheerful greeting. Anthony is very personable and extremely comfortable to talk with. Anthony was so patient in answering all the questions I had regarding the SUV's I was interested in. There was not arm twisting or high pressured sales tactics. Anthony helped me pick out a SUV that had all the features I was looking for at a price that worked for me. We went for a test drive and Anthony explained everything about the SUV to me. Anthony put me at easy as I was a little hesitant in driving an SUV having been a car driver for so many years. I must say I have no complaints at all EVERYONE at McGrath Lexus was so nice, helpful and easy to deal with. I don't feel like I just bought a SUV from a "dealership" I feel I'm now part of the McGrath Lexus family. I've dreamed of driving a Lexus and now my dream is a reality.
