The economy has not been favorable to my profession. I was sure I'd get turned around and have to go to some B-rate dealership. That’s where McGrath, Julie, and the rest of the team (yes, even the dreaded finance guy. lol) really earned their keep in my book. They treated me with total respect and I'd say more than a bit of patience. It's not often that you see a top-notch dealership work as hard (actually multiple days) as they did for someone with a less than perfect situation. I'm definitely drinking the McGrath kool-aid (or water, that 13 different people offered me. lol). Needless to say, I'm in a car that I absolutely love. Thank you McGrath. I never thought purchasing a car would be so easy. To start with, I loved the fact that Heather did not attempt to "sell" the car to me. I came into the dealership late in the evening and she was attentive to me as though I came in the morning and was her first customer of the day. Anthony is very personable and extremely comfortable to talk with. Anthony was so patient in answering all the questions I had regarding the SUV's I was interested in. There was not arm twisting or high pressured sales tactics. Anthony helped me pick out a SUV that had all the features I was looking for at a price that worked for me. We went for a test drive and Anthony explained everything about the SUV to me. Anthony put me at easy as I was a little hesitant in driving an SUV having been a car driver for so many years. I must say I have no complaints at all EVERYONE at McGrath Lexus was so nice, helpful and easy to deal with.
