In June 2008 I purchased a Lexus GS 430 from McGrath Lexus of Chicago and found the service to be outstanding during the entire period of my ownership of the said vehicle. Due to a serious illness, I had to sell that vehicle back to this delearship in November of 2011. At that time, I received an incredibly fair price and the sale and all things attendant thereto were made as easy as could possibly be for me. My heartfelt thanks went to Sharon Gale, General Sales Manager, and Anthony Swanke, the sales representative who originally sold the GS 430 to me and who now put forth every effort to help me sell back the car that I loved so much. On March 14th, 2012 I stopped in at McGrath Lexus of Chicago to greet these fine people and, once again, I purchased a vehicle from them. Due to recent medical expenses, I was not able to purchase a desired Lexus vehicle, but I did purchase a pre-owned Toyoto Corolla LE through McGrath Lexus of Chicago, with the help of Anthony Swanke, Sales Representative, Sharon Gale, General Sales Manager, and Frank Cowan, Finance Representative. I did not consider purchasing my vehicle from any other dealership because of the excellent service I have experienced with McGrath Lexus of Chicago since June 2008, and as always, I was treated as a valuable client and was thus able to effect the purchase I had hoped to make. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus vehicle, or one of their carefully maintained pre-owned vehicles. More

I was in for service. Nick delivered the loaner to me with a great explanation about the car I was using. the loaner was a new one, very different from my current one. Everyone we met exhibited an extraordinarily high level of customer service and professionalism--qualities I have not usually associated with auto dealerships in the past. Brian was excellent as the maste of customer service and professionalism--qualities I have not usually associated with auto dealerships in the past. Brian was excellent as the master of ceremonies and lead actor, though Maria and Doug were equally good in their supporting roles. My wife and I felt it was more a consultative experience than feeling we were being "sold" something. Mike McGrath can be proud of this team. I think the long tenure of many of his employees is testament to their corporate culture. More
Was very happy with my 2008 RX350 when Nick approached me about purchasing a new 2012. My car was in great condition and had low milage, however, as I spoke with Nick in more detail about the enhanced featur about purchasing a new 2012. Over the next few months Nick was pleasantly persistent and would check in on my availablity to come back in. Nick was a genuinely nice guy who listened to my questions/concerns and did a great job making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. If I had any issues with my car, service needs, etc. in the future, I would feel comfortable reaching out to Nick for assistance knowing he would do his best to take care of it. More
