Brian Carlson was an excellent sales rep. He is very compassionate about Lexus cars. He did an awesome job with reviewing the different car models as well as the features. The minute I called to inquire about the purchase of the RX350 Lexus he set my appointment basically during the time I was available to come visit. When I arrived he saw me immediately. I told him that I did not want to spend my entire Bday in the dealership. He understand and completed everything in a timely fashion. The excellent thing about Brian he knew what rates would be provided and the monthly payment estimates based on my credit history and shared the information with me upfront. Brian continued to ask me and my sister did we want water or coffee. The entire staff was pleasant and had a smile on their face. It was an amazing experience. I got Mike's name from our local dealership, Lexus of Tulsa.  I flew to Chicago. Mike picked me up at O'Hare. He drove me to McGrath of Chicago to see my "new" Lexus SC. While it was being serviced, Mike Tulsa.  I flew to Chicago. Mike picked me up at O'Hare. He drove me to McGrath of Chicago to see my "new" Lexus SC. While it was being serviced, Mike took me to breakfast and a tour of the beautiful city. He introduced me to Mr. McGrath and several other staff members while the paperwork was being finalized.  Mike programmed my route home, took pictures of me in my sassy new car, then went with me while he had me drive several blocks to get familiar with my car before setting off on my trip back to Tulsa. He even called the next morning to make sure I was safely back home. The whole experience was a dream. AND what a car! More
