Just purchased a 2012 RX450h from McGrath and it was the most enjoyable car buying experience i have ever had. Everyone at the dealership was great to work with, especially Nick Novelli. Bought a 2010 RX350 a month ago and we love it. Relative to dealing with McGrath Lexus, they earned my business and even though I live almost 30 miles away, I will likely return to them for future purchases to dealing with McGrath Lexus, they earned my business and even though I live almost 30 miles away, I will likely return to them for future purchases. Facility was top of the line, selection was one of the best in the Chicago area and the internet pricing could not be beat. I came to McGrath, for the pricing, their reputation and the recommendations I received from friends. Although my experience went fairly well (I visited them on a busy Saturday), I have to say it was what happened after I got home that earned them my loyalty. After making the 30 mile drive back home, we discovered a few scuffs on the bumper and some oversights in the cleanliness of he vehicle. We were disappointed, but I remembered what the sales team had told me .... "If you aren't happy with anything, please let us know and we will take care of it". Well, I sent an email stating my concerns and within a couple hours I received a call from Mike McGrath himself. To correct the situation, Mike had a driver come out to our house, pick up our new car and leave a loaner Lexus. Within two days his driver returned with a fully detailed car with no signs of any body scrapes, well beyond my expectations. My 2010, now looked like a 2012. Wow! All I can say is that McGrath Lexus takes their commitment seriously..........and for that, I will drive past the other 10 Lexus dealers that are between my house and McGrath. More
