My experience with McGrath Lexus Chicago was the best car buying experience I have ever had as well as my Father! We visited the store this past Saturday afternoon with an interest in a pre owned 2005 Acura buying experience I have ever had as well as my Father! We visited the store this past Saturday afternoon with an interest in a pre owned 2005 Acura TL. Nick Novelli was the sales person whom I spoke with regarding the car, and when we arrived to the dealership, the car was already sitting out front, ready to test drive. Before driving the car, Nick took us around the car for a complete inspection, pointing out any previous marks the car may have had. He also instructed me on how to operate the car and use the control settings, etc. Fifteen minutes later, we were on the road, driving around the streets of Chicago. After test driving the car, I instantly knew I had to have it! However, as I am new to credit and purchasing my first financed car, I was a bit nervous about the approval process. Nick assured me that he would work with his business manager, Mike K, on the finance to ensure that I would get the best rate possible. While waiting through the application process, the amenities of the dealership and the friendliness of Nick helped create a relaxed ambiance. A couple hours went by and my Dad and I hardly noticed. In fact, we even had a discussion on how easy this process was. My Father even told me that his next new car he'd purchase would be from Nick at McGrath Lexus! After all the paperwork was set, and the thoroughness of Mike K's work, I was ready to drive off with my new car! Before I did, Nick took an extra hour of his time (even after the dealership was already closed at this point) to show me all the features of the car and help me pair my phone. This experience was simply the best and I could not have asked for anything better. Thanks to Nick I'm driving the car that I have always wanted as my first vehicle purchase.
