My wife and I came in and bought a beautiful CPO Lexus RX. Mike LaGiglio was great at helping us narrow our search and being an advocate in getting the best deal possible. From the time we arrived at the dealership to the time we drove out with our newly-purchased Lexus Rx350, the employees and staff we had contact with were all very courteous and friendly, from the technician drove out with our newly-purchased Lexus Rx350, the employees and staff we had contact with were all very courteous and friendly, from the technician who prepped our vehicle, to the sales people, to the Financial Services Manager. Salesman and finance weren't communicating. Salesman agreed to only run credit once and with Lexus. And when I got upstairs, fiance ran it 3 times with others lenders. His response to that was, "I agreed to only run credit once and with Lexus. And when I got upstairs, fiance ran it 3 times with others lenders. His response to that was, "I didn't know. No one told me." Another thing, once we knew we wanted the car we saw and test drove, Sales Manager insisted price was no less than $14900.00 but I was looking at your internet ad that it was on sale for $12900.00! You eventually brought it to your internet ad price but it was a negotiation struggle. That I didn't understand. Everyone is nice and friendly. I would recommend your dealer for a great car and the car wash incentive. Sharon is great by the way! More

She a pleasure to work with on our initial purchase - and every time we pay a return visit to McGrath for service, Julie goes out of her way to ensure we are pleased with our vehicle. She made a lifelong friend in my young son, who always wants to accompany me for service appointments for the sole purpose of visiting with "Miss Julie". That little bit of kindness went a long way in our decision to purchase a Lexus over another vehicle. Also an acknowledgement for Andy Pak who has been very helpful during my last two service visits. I brought my car in for some routine service, and Andy made sure to have the service team look at/remedy an issue with the accelerator pedal. An issue I didn't even know about until the day after my appointment when I received a notice in the mail.
