That little bit of kindness went a long way in our decision to purchase a Lexus over another vehicle. Also an acknowledgement for Andy Pak who has been very helpful during my last two service visits. I brought my car in for some routine service, and Andy made sure to have the service team look at/remedy an issue with the accelerator pedal. An issue I didn't even know about until the day after my appointment when I received a notice in the mail.
