Trading-in my car and buying a pre-owned vehicle at McGrath Lexus was an easy and pleasurable experience. McGrath's professionalism made it easy every step of the way. I started on their website which listed all the vehicles they had in stock. From there I called and asked for pre-owned sales. I was able to provide my current car's VIN number over the phone and ask them for their best pricing on my trade-in and the car I wanted to buy. The price was fair so I drove down to McGrath Lexus of Chicago, test drove the car I wanted, enjoyed some complementary coffee in the lounge and easily came to a win-win negotiation. Even after the sale, McGrath threw in some extra's including a full tank of gas, ongoing free car washes and discounts on accessories for my new (used car) which seems brand new after their certification program that extends the warranty 3 more years. Once again, the entire experience was easy, fair and enjoyable. All dealerships should work this way! More

I used to be a McGrawth customer but had not been happy with a previous experience and therefore went to another dealer. I came back to give McGrawth another chance after Larry joined them.
