Thanks to Jack Martell's great customer service, I am very pleased with my overall experience at McGrath Lexus. From the beginning Jack was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about Lexus and the very pleased with my overall experience at McGrath Lexus. From the beginning Jack was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about Lexus and the particular model I ended up purchasing. To be honest, the Lexus brand pretty much sells itself and I would have loved the car no matter what dealership I was at. However, it was the little things that Jack went above and beyond on that have compelled me to write this review. Firstly, after a long night of wheeling and dealing he took more time out of his night to give me a ride home. Secondly, after the deal was done I realized I never received a spare key so Jack reached out to the previous owner and was able track down the spare! Considering he had already made the sale I was extremely impressed that he went the extra mile to make sure he took care of the customer. If you're in the market for a Lexus, go see my boy Jack Martell at McGrath. I promise he'll take good care of you! Thanks again, Jack! More

I was driving a 1995 Buick that my late Aunt Louise left me - so i have not had to purchase or finance a car in over 10 years. I was very unsure and non-trusting about the entire process. This was the first dealership i walked into - and i felt so comfortable and confident that I purchased my new car that very day. Mike LaGiglio was outstanding! He found the exact car I needed and was looking for. Rich Palicka in service - even took his time to answer some very specific questions and concerns I had about the car and service - and because of that I will have Rich handle all of the maintenance service for me. Mike also understood that since I was driving an 18 year old car - I would need a "special lesson" on how to use all the features and dashboard - so he had Jeff Riordan patiently go over with me every single option, feature, and instrument, until i completly knew how to use everything! And she found the car with the features I wanted and more importantly at the price I was willing to pay. I did not have time to wait for paperwork to be done. However Julie made sure that all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived to pick up my car. Instead of spending 5 hours getting everything done, it took about 2 hours. This was the very first experience both my wife and I have ever had with a Lexus dealership. I have been in many dealerships before, but have never been treated so well as I was in McGrath. Every employee I encountered welcomed us both with smiles and hellos. Mike LaGiglio the sales consultant who dealt with us was extremely kind and helpful. He tirelessly worked on our behalf to get us the best deal. Car salesmen do not always have the most honest of reputations, but Mike was transparent in all his dealings with us. I am a full time student working with a tight budget but was treated just as valuable as any other customer. Feeling certain we found the best deal around the effects of the dreaded "buyers remorse" has not reared its ugly head. We do not intend to take our business elsewhere and recommend anyone who wants a great car and incredible service should really visit McGrath Lexus of Chicago. Ask for Mick LaGiglio. More
