The possibilities were endless. I looked at all of my top automobile choices, either in person, or on the internet. I was greeted by pre-owned vehicle sales rep, Gary Sowell. Gary showed me a few cars, but, I wasn't ready to buy. A couple of weeks later, I received a follow-up email. (Believe it or not-other dealerships didn't do this.) He wasn't pushy, it was a sincere desire to follow-up. Again, I read it, but, was busy, and didn't have time to go back in. Well, long story short -- I did go back in, talked with Gary, and was shown several cars and decided to purchase an IS250. It's a great Certified-Pre-Owned. Throughout the process, everyone at the dealership seemed happy.... It was refreshing. Maria walked me through all the details of the car I purchased, even setting up my Bluetooth. Doug, was thorough with the financing process..doing what he could do to get me the best finance rate. Obviously, there were other employees along the way...and, again, they were helpful.
