I brought my car in because my floor was very damp and I did not know where the water came from. I have never been under a Viaduct during our rain season, nor does my car come in contact with large volume of water while driving down the streets. The service department closed before i was informed as to what caused the leak. Can Dewayne or someone in the service department call me, to share that information with me?
