Rick, thanks for your input regarding your experience. Your business is very important to us and we wanted to make this right for you. When we spoke about your mechanic's inspection what he found was three cosmetic issues we explained we would happily fix for you. The mechanical issues were that the rotors had some wear and would need to be replaced in the future. The mechanic also stated the control arms showed wear but were not broken. We offered to replace the rotors and the control arms for you. We also offered to fix the cosmetic issues. When we discussed the car you explained you wanted to take the car to your mechanic and we suggested to save you time that we could do the paperwork pending your mechanics approval this way if he was ok with the car you would not have to come back to do the paperwork. If for some reason he did not like something with the car, we would fix it for you or take it back. We kept both promises we offered to fix the issues that were not immediate issues and we offered to fix the three cosmetic issues with the car. Also the car you purchased came with a 3 year 100k mile warranty so anything wrong with the car was covered anyways. At the end of the day we attempted everything to make this right for you and kept all of our promises. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to make this right for you.
