My husband and I have been the owners of a Lexus RX330 for a week now. We are enjoying every minute of our drive. Thanks to Maria, the sales representative, who helped us to make our purchase so pleasant for a week now. We are enjoying every minute of our drive. Thanks to Maria, the sales representative, who helped us to make our purchase so pleasant and pain-free. From casually touring of the car to seriously buying it, her professional courtesy was way beyond our expectations. She did everything she could to make sure the process is smooth, and above all, she was willing to stay for a few extra hours to help us to complete the sale. We are very pleased of her excellent customer service. And we recommend the next car owner to ask for Maria. It is because you don't want to miss a wonderful experience. We also had Rick, the business manager to handle all the paperwork. Since my husband has a not-so-good, or bad, credit score, we had a pretty high interest rate of 17.9%. After an hour passed and several phone calls he made, we were able to drive the car home for a lower interest rate of 15.64%. It's still high, but it's surely better than before. The overall experience was spectacular. Again, we couldn't be Lexus owners without Maria and Rick's great help. Thanks! More
My experience was great and the whole process was easy and convenient. I like the personalized car hand off where they go through all the features of your new car to make sure you know how everything work and convenient. Shawn and Jeff were excellent, and I would recommend your dealership if financing wasn't necessary. Ricks, particularly Guzman, were a bit deceptive in presentation of incentive/financing options. No one dealership if financing wasn't necessary. Ricks, particularly Guzman, were a bit deceptive in presentation of incentive/financing options. No one from your dealership made it clear to us that the cash financing incentive and the 1.9% interest rate were essentially mutually exclusive. Also, your method of determining our FICO score is, to say the least, not transparent. We did purchase the vehicle from you because Larry made it right. More
Our first preference was always the inspection of the vehicle prior to a purchase decision being made. We stated quite directly that our decision to purchase the advertised vehicle (DR2746A) or any Pre-o vehicle prior to a purchase decision being made. We stated quite directly that our decision to purchase the advertised vehicle (DR2746A) or any Pre-owned vehicle always hinged on an independent inspection from a credentialed ASE Master Mechanic. Your Sales Associate understood this and presented us the option of signing a contract first and returning the vehicle for either repair or complete cancellation of the contract. At our expense this was done and given the overall assumed care of this Pre-Owned Vehicle, the representation of the service history record and the ‘As-Is” warranty we did not purchase that vehicle. The Used Car reps offered to fix all items but those items should have been addressed and or noted to our taking the vehicle for an independent 3rd party inspection. We then had to go through the subsequent task of returning the vehicle, unwinding the contract and restarting the acquisition process for a luxury vehicle. At the end of the selling process the Sales' Associate attempted to coax and or steer us to a %100 satisfactory grade on the Customer Satisfaction survey. There was also the "guilt" manipulation that wasn't much appreciated regardless of how well the Sales Associate did or didn't perform their tasks. This was evident when a positive response for a task was solicited when that task was not possible to be completed due to the lateness of our finalizing a "potential" contract. Again the determining factor was the independent inspection of the vehicle. More
My husband and I were searching for the right car for us and were really under a sense of urgency. We were coming to look at a Toyota Camry and possibly a Honda Accord. We had a need to find a new car bec and were really under a sense of urgency. We were coming to look at a Toyota Camry and possibly a Honda Accord. We had a need to find a new car because ours had been totally rammed on the passenger side while my husband was driving through an intersection. The unlicensed driver ran a red light, and so on. We were not too enthusiastic about being forced to replace the car and had already searched a few places. Ms. Titova was wonderful and considerate in every way. She was also anxious to answer any questions and concerns. She was calm and helpful as we test drove the car and let us both drive until we were satisfied with its functionality. In other words, she was a pleasure to deal with. In every way, we felt un-rushed and free to calmly decide. We never experienced the sense that this sale was more important to her than our experience there. We thank her and your company for the strong sense of professionalism that we experienced. The dealership is friendly. They have nice amentities including computer/internet stations and a small deli, which are helpful in the event you are waiting >45minutes. The showroom is clean. Automobile purchase: I think I got a good deal on a used Prius. As a busy professional, I don't have a lot of free time, and they were pressuring me to come in before the end of the month to sign and drive. I suppose the car was nearing the 60 day mark. They said everything would take only 30minutes, which to me was too good to be true, but I still came in. The entire transaction and financing took about 90 minutes, which is pretty good, but I was still annoyed that I was waiting and waiting at 7pm, late for a pre planned friday night date. Even though this is a well-known Lexus dealership, I still had that common uncomfortable feeling after the car dealer transaction. Similar to my own, family, and friends' experiences with car dealers, I feel like they "got me" on a couple things. Absence of the 2nd Key fob: The salesman stated that the prior owner did not submit a second key fob. Lie. Who wouldn't furnish all there keys at the time of sale. I've heard that before. I asked how much a new key fob will cost, $150. No Owners manual: I had to ask for the absent owners manual, which they said they took from another Prius trade in to give to me? Weird. Near empty gas tank upon sale - Small matter, but more funny than anything, Lexus dealership. I own a used Lexus Rx and this Prius now, and prefer these brands. In about 3 years when I cycle again for another Lexus and/or Toyota, I don't think I'm going purchase from this dealership, out of principle, because of their little tricks. In Chicagoland, we have many options, and I think I'll take my business elsewhere next time. Good learning experience. More
