Rick contacted me through my interest from truecar.com via email and by the phone call. Because he personally called me and he described what McGrath can offer I felt more comfortable with him. I told h via email and by the phone call. Because he personally called me and he described what McGrath can offer I felt more comfortable with him. I told him I was not planning on purchasing anything for a few weeks and he suggested to visit them on Black Friday. I showed up unexpectedly, talked to Dave who was extremely warm and friendly and immediately offered me something to drink. We talked for a few until Jerry and I test drove a few cars. He was also friendly, talkative, a good listener and informative about my wants and need and what the car and dealership can offer me. He also introduced me to Rick who remembered me a little and kept in contact throughout the whole process. While walking around and checking inventory I was introduced to Mike and Larry. Both extremely nice and friendly, they remembered my name which was a pleasant surprise because sometimes when not dealing directly with people one on one you forget names. I felt they actually cared about me and the sales process. Rick and Jerry were very informative and easy to deal with during the sales process... as long as it was (but expected). They answered all my questions and never did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch or taken advantage of. I cannot say how much I appreciate how easy, warm, and friendly everyone at McGrath was. I've been to other dealerships and the people there feel like salesmen, this was different. I cannot wait to pick up my car hopefully Monday! More
