Working with Dave Nelson and the folks at McGrath Lexus has been an absolute pleasure to date. I was ready to trade in my CT for a bigger car. Heather was patient with me and made sure I was comfortable with my trade and the sale of the new car (GS FSport). I had an awesome experience at McGrath Lexus! From the first call to when I drove in I was taken care of. The care and concern and effort put into this transaction was almost perfect. One could consider me picky, but the reason why I don't say it's perfect and gave an overall rating of good instead of excellence was for a combination of reasons. First, there were a couple items missing from the car, (headphones and all the appropriate books and manuals), and it looked as though the car had been rushed through service. The interior was not the best for cleanliness, with some very minor stains/spills and unclean surfaces, but overall pretty good. I have already recommended at least one person to this dealership, and McGrath will likely get another sale from another family member of mine in the near future. I will be for sure be looking to deal with this great crew of people.again. Thank you McGrath! More

We live in the suburbs so I always thought why would I drive to Chicago to buy a car. Well I now understand why I would make the drive. From the first contact on the phone to entering the dealership we ex drive to Chicago to buy a car. Well I now understand why I would make the drive. From the first contact on the phone to entering the dealership we excellent experience. Shawn was very knowledgeable and took care of everything in a very timely manner. He told us when he was checking on something that he would be back in x number of minutes and he was. We've bought Lexus' before, but this was our best experience with a dealership to date. I don't know how you would top this, but I'm sure they would try. More

Obviously a well run operation, who employ well trained courteous people.
