Rick contacted me through my interest from truecar.com via email and by the phone call. Because he personally called me and he described what McGrath can offer I felt more comfortable with him. I told him I was not planning on purchasing anything for a few weeks and he suggested to visit them on Black Friday. I showed up unexpectedly, talked to Dave who was extremely warm and friendly and immediately offered me something to drink. We talked for a few until Jerry and I test drove a few cars. He was also friendly, talkative, a good listener and informative about my wants and need and what the car and dealership can offer me. He also introduced me to Rick who remembered me a little and kept in contact throughout the whole process. While walking around and checking inventory I was introduced to Mike and Larry. Both extremely nice and friendly, they remembered my name which was a pleasant surprise because sometimes when not dealing directly with people one on one you forget names. I felt they actually cared about me and the sales process. Rick and Jerry were very informative and easy to deal with during the sales process... as long as it was (but expected). They answered all my questions and never did I feel like I was getting a sales pitch or taken advantage of. I cannot say how much I appreciate how easy, warm, and friendly everyone at McGrath was. I've been to other dealerships and the people there feel like salesmen, this was different. I cannot wait to pick up my car hopefully Monday! More
Julie Hill has exceptional Customer service skills, she was very helpful and cared each step of the way in explaining everything to me upon my purchase as so was Nick. I appreciate how Julie took the time to ask me certain questions in regards to what I wanted my vehicle to be equipped with and what I needed in my car. It was not just a sale for her. This is the only dealership in which I have come to love because of the professionalism and the character of the sales team. The staff here are very caring and have a great sense of respect for the customer. I appreciate spending my money with you all and would recommend this dealership to anyone. I was about to purchase the car out in the suburbs because I wasn't hearing back from McGrath. Finally sent an email expressing frustration at the situation. Bottom line was they had bad/outdated cont because I wasn't hearing back from McGrath. Finally sent an email expressing frustration at the situation. Bottom line was they had bad/outdated contact information for me. Larry and Curtis could not have handled the mix-up more professionally. We came to terms in short order and I was ultimately very satisfied with the experience. More
I honestly don’t know where to begin. My Lexus experience started in 2004 and I am proud to say that I have been a part of this family ever since. I took my SUV in for the 10k mile inspection and while I wai started in 2004 and I am proud to say that I have been a part of this family ever since. I took my SUV in for the 10k mile inspection and while I waited, I unexpectedly had to run out and meet a client. Not only did Tony provide me with a loaner car, but he also assured me that upon my return, my SUV would be washed and ready to go. I would say that I am surprised at such exceptional service but all of my Lexus encounters have been superb. Thanks again Tony Boulos, you are appreciated! More

He immediately introduced me to Ms. Julie Hill. Ms. Hill is a true gem who also has a beautiful spirit. I loved the fact that I was not pressured into my purchase. I was given my options in full detail. I needed to take time to decide-this was my first luxury car purchase and I had a lot of questions. Ms. Hill deserves a special award for her patience and diligence! More
