I found the 2013 GS 350 from McGrath online and had been stalking it since December. Knowing that we were driving into Chicago from Ohio for the NHL Stadium Series at Soldier Field this past weekend, we ma stalking it since December. Upon striking a deal on the car, Doug Bell was extremely professional and helpful with financing and completing the out-of-state transfer of my Ohio Plates. Great experience, great car. Initial reaction was disappointing as my wife, son and I walked in and past 4 staff members that didn't recognize our existence with even a simply hello or good morning. That was quickly remedied by Frank and another associate approaching us and setting us up with sales associate David Kay, as the approaching associate had another customer already. David was great to work with and very helpful. We were pretty easy as we pretty much knew what we wanted. We didn't purchase on Friday, but returned on Saturday @9am to complete the transaction. My only complaint was that it took 3 hours to complete the transaction, especially since we didn't haggle at all. It would seem that the process could be streamlined some what. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend the attentive staff and dealership in general. Thanks More
