I had an awesome experience at McGrath Lexus! From the first call to when I drove in I was taken care of. The care and concern and effort put into this transaction was almost perfect. One could consider me picky, but the reason why I don't say it's perfect and gave an overall rating of good instead of excellence was for a combination of reasons. First, there were a couple items missing from the car, (headphones and all the appropriate books and manuals), and it looked as though the car had been rushed through service. The interior was not the best for cleanliness, with some very minor stains/spills and unclean surfaces, but overall pretty good. I have already recommended at least one person to this dealership, and McGrath will likely get another sale from another family member of mine in the near future. I will be for sure be looking to deal with this great crew of people.again. Thank you McGrath! More
