The McGrath Lexus Chicago Experience I found myself coming to McGrath Lexus of Chicago for a third time now to purchase another outstanding vehicle. The previous two times were great, but I found myself coming to McGrath Lexus of Chicago for a third time now to purchase another outstanding vehicle. The previous two times were great, but this time there was an even greater atmosphere of respect and real concern for satisfaction! From Mike LaGiglio, our salesperson, to Violet Vrsek, our vehicle delivery specialist, to the finance manager, Frank Cowan, the attention to our needs was felt throughout! I love the outstanding quality and dependability of the Lexus models and I would find it very difficult to drive anything else! Mike was so patient and considerate. Well that's not the case with my experience with McGrath Lexus and my whole buying experience, you know its something to be said about people that understand that a customer should feel valued when spending his/her hard earned money. My buying experience was a pleasant change from a few other Lexus dealers that I visited, the sale department Patrick, Rick and Frank really worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase, as well as, took into consideration my need to be within a certain boundry with my payment arrangement. Overall it was an outstanding experience, and it is good to know that there are still businesses out there that hold a very high standard when it comes to customer service and satisfaction, keep up the good work McGrath Lexus, I will be doing business with you for many years to come. Once onsite, Heather O'Malley worked with me through the test drive and purchase of a new ES 300h. Lorne and Heather's no pressure sales tactic allowed me to feel a comfortable level of trust. Frank Cowan worked me through completion of the sale transaction very quickly which was a breeze. After the sale transaction was complete, the charismatic Nick Novelli (Senior Technology Specialist) delivered a helpful and informative overview of the ES 300h and all its technology. Like most people, I dread car shopping because of the pressure involved. Well, let me tell you, I just had a “pressure” free experience at McGrath Lexus, thanks to my salesman Bill Tucker. Here is the pressure involved. Well, let me tell you, I just had a “pressure” free experience at McGrath Lexus, thanks to my salesman Bill Tucker. Here is the lowdown. I stopped by the dealership, looked at a car, decided not to buy it, and yes, I was able to leave the dealership without being mobbed. I decided a week or so later, I wanted the car. I contacted Bill, told him I was ready to purchase if the car was still available. That was around Noon. An hour later, Bill faxed over the purchase order. Again, no pressure. I arrived at the dealership around 5:00-5:30p. Bill met me with the keys, the car was clean, full tank of gas and yes, Lexus floor mats. Within and hour, I had seen the best salesman in town, Bill Tucker, the finance gentleman, the dealership manager and the gentleman who showed me how to use all the new bells and whistles on the car. I got home in time enough to see the Bulls game. Now that is service, stress free and I love my new ride. Thank you Bill Tucker & team for making this a stress free experience. More

Maria was absolutely wonderful, my credit was less then perfect and even though I wasn't ready at the time of visiting the dealership Maria still took the time to show me different vehicles of my interest perfect and even though I wasn't ready at the time of visiting the dealership Maria still took the time to show me different vehicles of my interest and in the price range I was looking.
