Consistent service paid off! I initially expressed my interest in a Lexus GX 460 in November of 2013. I was not at all ready to purchase at that time, but I wanted to get a feel I initially expressed my interest in a Lexus GX 460 in November of 2013. I was not at all ready to purchase at that time, but I wanted to get a feel for what was out there and the price range. I contacted McGrath Lexus and Mike LaGiglio responded. He advised me that he would be able to assist me with any questions I had and to let him know when I was ready to come in and look around. Between that November and April 2014, my contact with Lexus was very limited, simply because I wasn't ready to purchase anything. But, Mike kept up with me and gently let me know that he hadn't forgotten about me, and whenever I was ready, he'd be at Lexus ready to assist me. Because I'd become comfortable with knowing I had a person at McGrath who was invested in helping me find a car I loved, when I was finally ready to actually take a look and possibly purchase, I contacted Mike directly. He immediately responded with some options and we lined up an appointment for my husband and I to come in and look around. The process was FLAWLESS! It couldn't have been any better, and I hope every car buying experience I have in the future mirrors this one...Mike was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very considerate. Working with him felt right because he never gave up on me, and he was familiar with me as a customer. I would "hands down" recommend Mike, and McGrath overall, to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you for such an awesome experience! More
