Me, my boyfriend and his sister received exceptional customer service from the the time we stepped out of his car (literally) to the time we closed the deal on my Buick Lacrosse. Maria was very kind and down to earth. She explained everything in detail, which included the Car Fax report, service performed on the car and past owners of the car. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of during the sales process. Not only was I approved to get my car, but I got a pass for free car washes! In addition to that great surprise, Maria informed me that they have a massage room, cafe and shoe shine area while you wait to get your car detailed/serviced. AWESOME!!! I can literally go on and on about my experience at this dealership. Needless to say it was the best car dealership experience I ever had...and I'm not exaggerating. After Rockford Lexus nickel and dimed us until we finally decided to abort, my wife called and spoke with Jack. He had a car we would buy and gave us a fair price form our trade in. All over the phone! Then he even drove the Lexus out to us approx. 90 miles and had all the paperwork ready and with him. It was so easy and we really feel we were treated fairly. Then Jack drove home our Corolla. On a Friday night, no less. I have never had such a great experience buying a car and I've bought a lot of them over 30 + years. Consistent service paid off! I initially expressed my interest in a Lexus GX 460 in November of 2013. I was not at all ready to purchase at that time, but I wanted to get a feel I initially expressed my interest in a Lexus GX 460 in November of 2013. I was not at all ready to purchase at that time, but I wanted to get a feel for what was out there and the price range. I contacted McGrath Lexus and Mike LaGiglio responded. He advised me that he would be able to assist me with any questions I had and to let him know when I was ready to come in and look around. Between that November and April 2014, my contact with Lexus was very limited, simply because I wasn't ready to purchase anything. But, Mike kept up with me and gently let me know that he hadn't forgotten about me, and whenever I was ready, he'd be at Lexus ready to assist me. Because I'd become comfortable with knowing I had a person at McGrath who was invested in helping me find a car I loved, when I was finally ready to actually take a look and possibly purchase, I contacted Mike directly. He immediately responded with some options and we lined up an appointment for my husband and I to come in and look around. The process was FLAWLESS! It couldn't have been any better, and I hope every car buying experience I have in the future mirrors this one...Mike was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very considerate. Working with him felt right because he never gave up on me, and he was familiar with me as a customer.
