Wow! what outstanding service I went in at a friends recommendation to test drive a Lexus RX 350. I worked with Julie Hill. The moment I met Julie, I just felt the warmth in the way she dealt with her clients. She had patience with me with looking at the different cars and what was best for me. My visit was in the evening and I did not feel rushed at all. She even fed me dinner while I waited for Doug Bell to work out the paper work. After my purchase, I left the dealership and she followed up with me to make sure I was okay with my purchase. I had changed my mind a day later simply because I wanted something different. I let Julie know and She did not get upset, she simply worked with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I have to honestly say that the level of service was outstanding and I have never experienced such service. Thank you Julie! I'm still enjoying my "Lex" More

How business should be done!! I found a car online and had my son test drive with Bill for which I received the response "pull the trigger" mom:). My wife and I purchased an RX350 last December a We were very happy with our most recent visit to McGrath and felt the need to write a view as thanks! My wife and I purchased an RX350 last December and stopped in yesterday (more than a month after purchase) to learn more about our car's technology and install a car seat for our daughter. The service we received was immediate, personal, and over the top. While we did not make an appointment, we were taken in as soon as we arrived and were introduced to Nick Novelli. Nick graciously had the team wash our car, provided a very thorough review of the car seat installation process, and walked us through the car's technology capabilities (navigation, radio, climate, etc). Nick also delighted us by pointing out our car's remote activation capability and even upgraded that for the trunk. Suffice it to say, all of our needs were met and Nick truly exceeded our expectations in our visit. Really glad to have purchased our car with McGrath. Looking forward to coming back for our next tune up, knowing their customer service continues well beyond the sale. Thanks! More
