I spoke to Heather on the phone early in the day and she was honest about not having the specific car on the McGrath lot we wanted but quickly found a demo car that might work for us. It had more than we wanted but her price quote via email got us to drive in. We were ready to buy and educated consumers on current pricing, etc. so we decided to drive out even though we passed 2 other Lexus dealers on the way to McGrath. Heather's approach was honest, caring and not overbearing, annoying or trying to hard. We arrived late and hungry as rush hour traffic stole our dinnertime so Mike the new car sales manager drove thru Wendy's to get us burgers and kept the dealership open after hours while we ate our burgers and signed paperwork. The whole process was actually fun if you can believe that. We had been shopping a Lexus for about 2 weeks and dealt with many sales people in our research. Heather is in a class by herself. She is a genuinely likable person and we quickly realized why her office was filled with plaques and accolades. We were passed to Frank afterwards to sign the finance papers. Seriously it took us longer to eat our Wendy's than to sign the paperwork and Frank never made us feel like he was staying late. The most impressive part... after all is signed Heather and other employees have stayed an hour past closing, Heather insists on a thorough tutorial, sitting in our new car, pairing our blue tooth phones, explaining the navigation system, etc. all with the same pleasant demeanor she had had all night. I only wish we needed another car, I'd do it all over again! More

Also helped me get insurance there after signing papers with Frank who was also great in the Finance. I left in the newly purchased car even with a full tank of gas- again, no headache trying to find a gas station near by. The dealership itself was very friendly, accommodating, had mini resto/coffee/tea/golf/computer/tv/shoe shining/leg massage waiting area - so VERY accommodating. The next NEW car I purchase, I will go to Anthony. So basically, go to this Lexus and see Anthony/them - no questions, they get the job done and they execute and deliver. More
