used BMW purchase Car was as described and am happy with it and the staff at McGrath. Did have to wait a bit for the paper work to be done. I was very disappointed in Car was as described and am happy with it and the staff at McGrath. Did have to wait a bit for the paper work to be done. I was very disappointed in the service work done on the car in its service for sale and my pickup. The rear wiper arm mechanism did not have a blade in it and was broken so as not to hold one and needed to be replaced. As a result the rear window was scratched when the wiper was turned on in the rain. Loose and broken firewall weather-stripping was repaired but also should have been caught in the service. More

Total Rip off I went in because of my car light blub and blub itself was 8 dollars and to change it labor charge was 42 dollars. Seriously? They should have been clear about charges and I could have done it by myself when confronted with service manager he said it is 3/10 of hour which is standard. Least they could have done is to disclose it. Please dont get me wrong about service it was good. I am only concerned about inflated charge. More
