Excellent Service Out of a scale of 1-10 with a 10 rating being Excellent, I would have to go with 11+. The customer service provided by the McGrath Lexus of Chicago, located at 1250 W. Division, is why I keep going back for over the last 12+ years. Mike Tumilty (Fabulous), New Vehicle Sales Manager; Jessica Griffin, Customer Services Manager; Jane Cigir, New Vehicle Sales; Tania Gomez, Delivery & Tech Specialist; Doug Bell, Finance Manager (Fabulous); Phillip Martinez, Accessory Boutique Manager and over the years Mark C. McLawhorn (Fabulous) who has been my person to address any maintenance needs immediately. Understand when I say they truly care about their customers. I recently traded my previous Lexus for a 2016 RX 350 SUV. Before I arrived, I had instructed my sales person, Jane Cigir, what I was generally looking for. However, they have gotten to know me over the years and upon arrival, Jane & Mike had identified a couple of cars for me to consider. Her suggestions were right on point and I was quite happy when I left with my new car. Additionally, the follow up during the week from both Jessica and Mike on whether I was happy after purchasing the car and their general responsiveness to my needs regarding my previous purchases over the years is unheard of. They set the standard for customer service. In fact, they are like family members who truly look out for you. Any stereotyping of car sales representatives is truly a Syfy myth relative to this dealership. Their Team is excellent and anyone looking for a car and definitely a Lexus should go to McGrath Lexus of Chicago and ask for the Team I cited-above. Once you get your car, see the Team, get a massage, have some refreshments, and get your Lexus washed, if needed. More

He answered any questions and gave me an in depth assessment of the different cars I was considering. He followed up with me and then let me take the initiative on the timing. I never felt pressured. The delivery of the car was fantastic - everything was explained in depth by Nick with a promise that if I had any confusion later he would be available. My boyfriend bought his last car at McGrath and will buy his next one there when the time comes. More

Very attentive with customer, Some minor delivery flaws. The whole process of purchasing the car went very well. A very attentive sales person, told us about the various cars, not intrusive or aggressive. Wh The whole process of purchasing the car went very well. A very attentive sales person, told us about the various cars, not intrusive or aggressive. When we liked one car, but the wheel size of another, he offered to change them at no cost (however, when discussing final price, and we made a price offer, this became a price issue). The car was impeccable clean and well presented when we took it out of the garage. We liked that the dealership had quite a few cars that were within the model and year we were looking for, which made it attractive to go there. There were, however a few flaws, normally not important. Except we are used not to accept any flaws from Lexus. After we took the car of the garage and we started our long-distance travel, we noticed that the navigation system still had the records and uses by the previous owner. Similarly for the phone system, which still had all the addresses and call records of the previous owner. These things are annoying. One more thing: a few days later, we noticed a fairly big red cross in the upper, left side of the windshield. We believe all this should have been taken care prior to delivery of the car. We had one problem enroute, very unusual. As we were driving at high speed on the highway, for several hours we had, on and off, drops coming from under the hood, and going up the windshield. We became concerned and at stopped a Omaha Lexus. They were very, very good, and gave us rapid attention although it was a busy day for them. The diagnosis was that, very likely, when the car was detailed in Chicago, there was some residual cleaning liquid, that remained in the little trays under the hood. The high speed and the wind enroute sucked this liquid, and made it into little drops. The Omaha people checked the car, the trays were already dry, and we continued our drive. We have had no more issues. We would like to take this opportunity to give the team at Omaha Lexus our big thanks. More
