I always wanted to close with her because she is truly client oriented and liked her from the beginning. I wasn't sure if they could make the price though and a simple conversation with Julie just made it happen.And she had the car right there ready for us, so it was perfect!Very very happy with Julie and with the dealership. Bill knows his job and wanted to sell me a car, and I can appreciate that. I had no intention on buying a Lexus and only stopped on my way over to Mercedes Benz.Bill made me feel like I was making a smart decision on what my needs were. Frank needs a lot a training on customer service, I almost walked out when he told me that McGrath, "does't need your business, they sell cars all day long" Even when Signing my papers in his office he tells me the wheels I have are going to be nothing but problems, because of the low profile and that he personally refuses a car that has them, because " you are going to have a flat, I can guarantee it, the minute you hit a pothole" I could go on, but I am trying to make my car buying experience a pleasant memory. your rating would have been higher but your weakest link brought it down. More
