As we were walking back to his office he offered us a bottle of cold water which we gladly accepted. Then we negotiated the possible trade in value of my old car. I had an absolute rock bottom walk-a-way price which they finally agreed to...a slight surprise to me. We then continued the sales process, meeting various people, all who were pleasant. We finally worked with Tania, who showed us how most of the features of the car worked. There is a lot to absorb, so we will be calling her and referring to manuals. More
