The fact that they let us keep their vehicle over night, something no dealer has ever offered us, was wonderful. We had a minor snafu in that we were told upon purchase that while we were dealing wit paperwork, we could have roof-rack rails installed. Unfortunately it didn't go as planned. Because the porters couldn't figure that out, we needed to wait an additional hour for them to run it service for that to happen. Again, not the end of the world! Gary was calm, cool and collected all through the process. Never pushy, never slick. And all around good man. More
