Bill was very accommodating to our requests on price and amenities and did his best to make us satisfied. Even after driving off the lot Bill was very helpful in getting the car buffed and car light popped back in after these issues were found. You can feel comfortable driving off the lot knowing that Bill will do "right by you" if you find an issue after the fact, as well as getting you a good deal. Jack More

Bill did a very good job in handling everything including when we brought the car back because of 2 small issues with the backseat which were resolved for free. More

Rating of Julie Hill is a 5 but dealership is 2.5 I’m compelled to complete this review because of my negative and positive experiences at McGrath Lexus of Chicago. Long story short my car of 17 year I’m compelled to complete this review because of my negative and positive experiences at McGrath Lexus of Chicago. Long story short my car of 17 years needed to be replaced. Being so happy with the Infiniti product my next car was going to be an Infiniti QX70 sports 4D. Other considerations were the BMW X5 and Lexus RX350 as a comparison tool for test driving and features to be sure of a sound purchase of the Infiniti. After test driving the Infiniti I was doing my due diligence when I walked into Lexus. My sales rep was Julie Hill. Julie sold me my 2000 Infinit 17 years ago so there was already a level of respect walking into the door. But let me tell you, Julie Hill is not a pushy sales rep. She’s a one stop shop and will work to exceed your expectations not just to satisfy you. She’s a go to person even after the sale is completed. She won’t promise you the world give you false hopes or false/bad information. If she miss spoke she will correct the information and make sure you clearly understand the facts. She’s trust worthy, honest and a very knowledgeable sales rep of the Lexus brand. McGrath in a whole does not represent the Lexus brand name by far and need some serious improvement. Some of the staff at Lexus disrespects each other in the presences of customers to which I’m a witness to. The atmosphere is far less pleasant then the décor. The staff will judge you based upon appearance and dismiss you if you don’t measure up to their standards, which occurred to me. Some of the financial staff will try to talk circles around you and spin the situation to their advantage even without merit. But as long as you are an informed buyer and you come with your own financing or cash you will not be disappointed. Even with the negative experiences I decided to purchase my 2015 RX350F anyway and have been enjoying the vehicle for 2 months. In summary Julie Hill earned my respect 17 years ago with the purchase of my Infiniti but has earn my trust and loyalty with her patience and diligent in completing this deal. A deal that was almost canceled because of others within McGrath. But Julie became superwoman and prevailed to make this purchase a success. . Ignore everything else that may occur within the dealership and get a great deal and experiences by working with Julie Hill to purchase your next vehicle. Trust you won't be disappointed. My rating of sales rep Julie Hill is a 5 but the dealership is 2.5 just average More

No call back. I called mcgrath lexus to get a price on a 2016 lexus ES350. I talked to Curtis Jones to see if he could give me a price on the ES350. He called me ri I called mcgrath lexus to get a price on a 2016 lexus ES350. I talked to Curtis Jones to see if he could give me a price on the ES350. He called me right back with the price which i excepted and told him i had a trade-in. He told me to e-mail all of my trade-in information along with pictures of my trade-in and he would get back to me. I waited hours and he never contacted me at all not to even say they could not do the deal. Two days later the car was not in their inventory so i assume they sold the car. I did not expect this kind of treatment from a lexus dealership. More
