The tire fix went off with no problems or concerns. What bothered me the most was the staff, that was wondering around without masks or masks pulled under their chins. He goes up and above the call of duty every time I have sought his assistance when selecting my Lexus cars over the years. He personally makes sure that I experience nothing but convenience and I am very satisfied (Out Right Happy) when it comes to leasing a car. He takes the time to know what you are looking for and what you may not like.
