The staff at this dealership are professionals. They are also very personable. Customer service is key and they "get" that. I give them two stars because I did get my oil changed, albeit took three hours to get it done. After waiting patiently I went to the desk to ask what the status was and the woman told me she was going hom albeit took three hours to get it done. After waiting patiently I went to the desk to ask what the status was and the woman told me she was going home for the day. Lovely. I was hoping to do the same, but you have my keys and nobody can seem to tell me what was going on. Apparently whoever was working on my car just went home and failed to tell anyone what was going on with my car. So I just sat there waiting. Finding help was ridiculously hard because everyone was walking around with their hands in their pockets or going home. I’d expect this level of service at Hyundai or Kia but Lexus? My time is worth more than that and I will not be bringing my car back. Jiffy Lube here I come!!! More
