Amazing people dedicated to the best service! My car had broken down on a Wednesday morning, the engine was not salvageable, so I found a car I liked at McGrath Lexus and inquired. Within minutes My car had broken down on a Wednesday morning, the engine was not salvageable, so I found a car I liked at McGrath Lexus and inquired. Within minutes Elizabeth Feliciano texted me letting me know the vehicle was still available and was quick to answer all my questions. Then Alexa Baez called me up to see if I wanted to come take a look at it, when I explained my situation she made moves to get me to the dealership that very day. I couldn’t believe how quickly they acted to help me get into my car. Before I knew it, Alexa was greeting me in the showroom, I took a look at the car, it was perfect. They were extremely transparent, showing me the previous repair orders and how it was maintained, I had full confidence in what I was buying. Alexa then walked me to finance where Doug Bell finished up with my financing, asking if I needed any warranties, making sure my license plates would transfer correctly, it was a great team effort, Alexa and the whole crew were amazing, they really made me feel like family, I will absolutely be back for some more cars! I bought a preowned 2013 ES 350 on June 29, 2024 for a reasonable, but not low, price. An older car but with low miles and, I thought at the time, in good shape. About 4 months later I tapped the front bu reasonable, but not low, price. An older car but with low miles and, I thought at the time, in good shape. About 4 months later I tapped the front bumper in my garage. The bumper came loose, with far more damage than I would expect from a little tap. I don’t drive much so I just started to look into getting it repaired a couple weeks ago. Come to find out the bumper was damaged when I bought the car, and GLUED back into place instead of properly repaired. A lot of the clips that would hold the bumper in place were broken and missing. The repair would entail a new bumper, painting etc….at a cost of about $3,000. I’ve owned the car for about 6 months at this point and have put less than 1000 miles on it. I asked McGrath if they would help me with the repair, they said no. I wasn’t expecting them to cover the entire cost, but maybe half would be in line, given that their inspection of the car prior to me buying it didn’t detect a shoddy repair. On top of this when I took the car to their service department to get an estimate the guys pushed down on the bumper and loosened it even more. Yes I understand, buyer beware…it is a used car etc. However I didn’t buy the car from a guy in an alley, I bought it from what I thought was a reputable dealer and probably paid a little more because of this. Their failure to stand behind the sale is very disappointing. This is the second car I bought from them, and until now I considered myself a loyal customer . I can’t say that anymore, and will steer people away from them. More
