Inept service department I have had a Hyundai recall part on backorder for three months. The service manager has told me it will be in several times, but it hasn’t happened. I have had a Hyundai recall part on backorder for three months. The service manager has told me it will be in several times, but it hasn’t happened. They claim to not be able to do anything.
