Great Service, The work which was performed was excellent. CJ told me that the mechanic noticed a wobble with front tires during a test drive. The mechanic recomme The work which was performed was excellent. CJ told me that the mechanic noticed a wobble with front tires during a test drive. The mechanic recommended that the brake rotors be resurfaced. I brought the Pilot in for routine B123 service. While I surprised that the front rotors needed resurfacing, I agreed to have the work done. The worked performed was excellent and the front wheels no longer wobble when braking. More

I guess I would be shocked if I didn't. :-) I am moving to New Mexico and I sure hope I find happiness with the Honda Dealer in Las Cruces there because it is about 112 miles from Silver City, NM. Over the years I have recommended McGrath of St Charles, I will miss your dealership greatly! Oh yeah, a few years ago we bought two 2016 Hondas from Carlos Fuentes, as you may know, he is the best! Service Center Review My review would have been higher however, my previous visit was on November 2nd at which time a necessary part was ordered to resolve my issue. I was My review would have been higher however, my previous visit was on November 2nd at which time a necessary part was ordered to resolve my issue. I was told that I would receive a phone call when the part came in, I never received that phone call! After over a month and a half, I personally called the service center (January 18th) was told to check with the parts department to see if my part was in, (Great service huh), I did so. The parts department person informed me that my part was in and I transferred back to the receptionist to set an appointment. My service advisor CJ was excellent on my last visit as I wish this standard was set for all of your service employees. More
