Tom Koch is reason enough to buy a car from this dealership. HE TRULY IS A ONE OF KIND SERVICE ORIENTED MAN! We have been fortunate enough to have dealt with him through 4 different cars we've pur dealership. HE TRULY IS A ONE OF KIND SERVICE ORIENTED MAN! We have been fortunate enough to have dealt with him through 4 different cars we've purchased through McGrath Honda of St. Charles. He is fair and he listens to your concerns and takes each and everyone seriously as if he was fixing his own car. You will get nothing but honesty from Tom. I was even able to consult him prior to the purchase of our last car regarding the year of the van and what if anything we should be concerned with. He has driven Honda's himself and he believes in the Honda name. Thank you McGrath Honda for bringing back a true SERVICE ICON! St. Charles is so lucky to have him because "he has your back!"
