Service visit I am always greeted in a courteous and professional manner by the service team. Even when I am taken care of by one member, another member would see m I am always greeted in a courteous and professional manner by the service team. Even when I am taken care of by one member, another member would see me from a previous visit and come up to me and ask me how I am doing. The sales team would also do this if they see me in the waiting area. They are very thorough when my vehicle is serviced, and point out discrepancies, but there is no pressure. I wouldn't even think of bringing my vehicle to another dealer! More

Regular Maintenance The maintenance appointment was easy to schedule and convenient times were available. Granted, there were several other cars being processed but it was obvious that the team was under staffed for the number of appointments allowed. More
