Service Center Review My review would have been higher however, my previous visit was on November 2nd at which time a necessary part was ordered to resolve my issue. I was told that I would receive a phone call when the part came in, I never received that phone call! After over a month and a half, I personally called the service center (January 18th) was told to check with the parts department to see if my part was in, (Great service huh), I did so. The parts department person informed me that my part was in and I transferred back to the receptionist to set an appointment. My service advisor CJ was excellent on my last visit as I wish this standard was set for all of your service employees. More

Friendly service I take my van to get all maintenance done at McGrath Honda, where I purchased it in 2016. They also offer shuttle to nearest shopping area or loaner car while they are working on your vehicle. Excellent customer service. More
