The process of purchasing with Karen is always a pleasure and doesn't take forever to complete. It is good to be able to walk into a car dealership and they immediately remember you, call you by name and greet you with a firm handshake. We get several emails throughout the year from Jeff just asking how we are doing, how things are going with the vehicle and how our family is -- this is a lost practice in today's world and we are greatly appreciative of it and all the staff who makes this effort every single time we stop in.
