Have always had a good experience with this business. Rick and Libbey from service are polite and helpful, as well as Mary in the cash office. Rick and Libbey from service are polite and helpful, as well as Mary in the cash office. More
Had excellent service and communication with this dealership. They were very straightforward and helped me out more than I could ask for. Would recommend checking out a vehicle here if you're in the dealership. They were very straightforward and helped me out more than I could ask for. Several issues with this dealer. 1. Listed in the ad several features for the vehicle that weren’t actually on the vehicle. 2. On all of their vehicles, they use the nitro fill tire fill. And then they several features for the vehicle that weren’t actually on the vehicle. 2. On all of their vehicles, they use the nitro fill tire fill. And then they automatically charge you a couple hundred dollars for it and no way to get that charge taken off. 3. And biggest of all, on the way home from buying the truck from them, I had an error message about the trailer brake wiring. I called and the service manager pretty much blew me off and said it was probably just a little moisture and would be fine (when I got it home, I took apart the connector and it was all corroded inside. Then 2 days after buying (and less than 250 miles in), I got an error saying immediate service needed for air suspension. A few minutes after the error, the ride got very rough and jarring. It was on the suspension stops. Undriveable Trying to get them to contact me for a week now. Keep saying they’ll call and no one does. Blowing me off. Wouldn’t buy from again. More
I was looking at preowned suvs. Found one at Highway Buick Chevy. Went to look at it and took it for test drive. The second I came back the salesman was pushy to make a deal. I still had questions and w Buick Chevy. Went to look at it and took it for test drive. The second I came back the salesman was pushy to make a deal. I still had questions and wanted to take a look at it again. Other than a scuff it was in great condition but needed to be cleaned inside. We went inside to go over numbers. He provided me with car fax and their was an accident reported. I was worried about that but the airbags didn’t deploy. While I was trying to read the papers, the salesman was again being pushy telling me there’s nothing to worry about since the airbags didn’t deploy. I didn’t like how he was acting. After going over car fax, I told the salesman a couple different times that I wanted to be around a certain $/month and was specific about the interest that I was not willing to go over. Told him I was pre-approved already with capital one at 3.4% , he said “does it matter if we go with capital one or can we look at other options?”, I said whoever has the lowest rate is fine. He came back showing me a breakdown with the payments and taxes and it was fair, but the %apr or finance institution wasn’t on there. After telling him more than once that I wanted to be below a certain %interest rate and telling him I was already preapproved with capital one I figured he conveyed my message to the finance dept. I couldn’t be more wrong. I went into a woman’s office to sign the papers. Halfway through we get to the finance papers and she shows me that they put me with GM Financial at a 7% interest rate. They didn’t bother looking into capital one even after I told the salesman I was preappoved already and have good credit. My fault for thinking the salesman was listening to me or even cared, and my fault for not walking over to their little corner in the dealership where the finance team and salesman were talking while I sat as his desk waiting to get the final #s. I told the woman how disappointed I was, and that I told the salesman what I wanted. She didn’t offer t talk to the team. I knew I could refinance and at that point I was already there for almost 3 hrs and I did want the car, so I signed anyway. I should have just left, now that I had time to think about it bc of how I was treated. I didn’t want to make a scene, but maybe should have. Also, the car wasn’t cleaned inside like promised, they didn’t vacuum or wipe down anything. If they did, they did a really poor job. It was dark when I got in and thought they would have done a good job, it wasn’t until I got home and in the light in my drive did I see everything. Again, my fault for not inspecting the car AGAIN to make sure they cleaned it like they promised, but I thought they would. I wrote the owner, I believe his name is Skip, about what happened and never got a reply. A note to their finance dept: You need to do better and not put people with GM Financial just bc that’s who you’re associated with. Look for the best rate for your customers. More
They had a used 2018 Pacifica go up for sale. It was listed on Edmunds and Carfax at $19821. On their page and auto trader it was listed at $20512. I asked for a video and was provided with one within 4 listed on Edmunds and Carfax at $19821. On their page and auto trader it was listed at $20512. I asked for a video and was provided with one within 45 mins. It showed the car was in an accident but had a clean carfax. I order autcheck. From the time I got the video and told the salesperson I would buy the car was 45 mins. I told them I didn't need their financing , just need the purchase agreement for my bank. I texted him, called him and emailed him. Sales told me he was with another customer but had another person coming to look at the car at 3:30. I told him I will buy the car, I just need the purchase agreement. I was then told there were three other buyers coming to look at it. I was then told the price changed because they added new tires. 7 hours later the price is still listed at $19812. Skip, Kim and Dylan were the employees. More
Very good experience. Kenny Haun and Rae Harmon were wonderful. We traveled long distance to come to this particular dealership. Kenny answered all our questions via phone and text and kindly picked us up from our hotel in another city and welcomed us warmly. And Rae who took care of financing part, took care of everything pretty quickly and when I needed to change a few things in our contract after our departure, promptly got back to me and most patiently took the time to walk me through every step via phone to make sure the changes I requested are done and that all my concerns are addressed. My husband and I are grateful to them both and wish them all the very best. More
A complete waste of time! Did a great deal of online shopping and found this dealer to have some very strong prospects for a midsize suv for the family. Having called and set Did a great deal of online shopping and found this dealer to have some very strong prospects for a midsize suv for the family. Having called and set up a time with a dealer named Jason we were very eager to get a deal complete. Vehicle we liked online was new with only 9 miles on it however when we showed up to meet with Jason he was too busy to assist thus we were pawned off to a guy who had to literally fight for desk space just to help us. The car we looked at was still on the lot however it had been completely trashed inside and now had nearly 4k miles on it. It was explained that the manager had been driving it and by the looks of the car had been carting an entire family around in it... this was a taste of things to come. After having driven the car we found an actually new GMC that had not been abused which we began to work out numbers on. The scam of the 0 % GM financing is completely bogus. They are actually financing you at a rate of 7.5 % and hitting you with a huge payment for the first fpur months only to leave you to refinance after the first four months. If you do not take that deal you loose a ton of the rebates which jacks the price of the car up. This in addition to the absolute railing they wanted to give me on a trade that was an absolute insult. After watching the whole let me go see what my manager says game played out to near mind numbing levels we decided to leave without a car. Ended up buying a great car at another dealer which was flawless to deal with. I would never go back to Highway Chevy in El Paso... nor would i recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. The sales people i dealt with were all clueless and smelled of cigarettes (which matched the wonderful stench inside the new car we were wanting to purchase). Avoid if at all possible. More
