I helped my daughter purchase her very first new car that was advertised for 24K. We got her monthly payment to where she was comfortable. Very friendly. That sale price was increased by 5000 in her final paperwork. I’m ashamed we missed that when signing. Called back to see how this error happened as the final sale price was even higher than MSRP. Far less friendly now and apparently they add 5K to the price of every new car despite advertising it at a lower price. They disclosed fees would be added but never that it would be 5K over the advised sale price. I feel sick that we were taken advantage of and they’ve mastered the art of disclosing this without actually disclosing it. More

I know it's only $2000 but I ask why and they say that all their vehicles get a "rainx" cover on the windshields and a dumb xxx 3000 mile warranty that they make the customer pay $2000 for.. good practice would be to give a measly 3000 mile warranty for good faith.. the rainx is their doing and they should cover it or ask if you'd like to purchase it for $500 (no thank you) and free car washes? Not many people live in the small town of El Paso and are not going to drive an hour for it.. I would not recommend this place.. they should be truthful and advertise this $2000 online and have the prices reflect so you don't waste your time.. sneaky More

Very nice ppl to work with, my salesman was Joey. I purchased a preowned Terrain and so far so good - seems like a solid car and I really like it. Perfect for my 2nd vehicle needs. The only reason I took one star off is due to the $499.00 windshield coating and $2,400.00 maintenance package. So, after driving 1.5 hours to see this Terrain, the price was different than advertised. We were able to work through it...but still its not right to advertise a false price, then try to convince your potential client to pay it who did not ask for any of that extra stuff. I would have appreciated a new set of keys instead as one that came with the car is disintegrating and disgusting. No client should ever leave any car dealership with a key that nasty. Other than having to go find a new key fob, my experience with them overall was good. More
Notified via price watch on a new SUV for $36,730 and drove an hour there to test drive. Once we were ready to go over numbers the final cost was over $46,000. Reviewing the price sheet, apparently they put “ a special clear coat of paint on all their vehicles” that coat almost $5,000 and a destination fee of $1,900 which they do not mention in their “sale price.” The rest of the price would be what you expect (tax, doc fee, and license) but never would have expected the almost 7 grand extra charge! I will start with saying we never talked down their vehicle price so TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!! We had so many issues with the visit we had with them. I will start with saying we never talked down their vehicle price so we were literally trying to get it at the price listed. 1) They low balled offers for both my husbands vehicle and mine by about $5,000 less than every other dealership we went to. They blamed it on their location, saying they don’t get enough traffic to give us the amount we were offered elsewhere. 2) Even with the offers being low we were still going to give it a shot. We were telling them we wanted a low loan and pay for most of it with cash. They told us they didn’t do small loans, the lowest being $7,500. We told them we would just pay cash then. After that we were told they will charge us more for the vehicle we were looking at then because they didn’t get anything out of it if we paid cash. 3) We finally decided we’d do a loan for about $10,000 to work with them. We were going through with the loan and the price jumped up so we wanted a printout showing where the price jump was coming from. We were told they didn’t have a printout and couldn’t show us. At that point we decided to walk. 4) We got a phone call the next morning, we were able to work out a deal we felt comfortable with over the phone. We told them we needed a breakdown of the price or we wouldn’t make the deal. We were told all the prices and where it was going. We told them we didn’t want their maintenance package they tried to make us get since we live too far to use it. This package was about $2,500, I might add. We were told they were not willing to budge on it and if we didn’t get the package they would make the car price higher. I will add the dealer Connor that was trying to work with us was trying very hard to come to a deal but it seemed like this wasn’t his decision. The general manager on the other hand was awful. We felt very disrespected by him and the way he spoke to us. He treated us like we were stupid and was also the one that told us he couldn’t break down the price for us so we knew what we were paying for. He’s an extremely shady person and we wouldn’t trust him to ever go back to that place. Out of all the dealerships we’ve ever been to we have never dealt with the issues they were giving us. They wanted us to pay the full price they tried to sell the vehicle for 2 months ago. We came to look because of the lowered price, if they were trying to sell it for that price they shouldn’t have lowered it thinking they’d trick someone into getting it. More
