Happy with GM, Buidk & Rebbec I bought my 2017 Buick Regal from Rebbec. I test drove both the Chevy Malibu and the Buick Regal at the dealership. Salesman Tony Clark took me for I bought my 2017 Buick Regal from Rebbec. I test drove both the Chevy Malibu and the Buick Regal at the dealership. Salesman Tony Clark took me for the test drives and explained all the features of the vehicles. He was friendly and professional. He responded quickly to questions that I had and worked with me to get a fair trade-in price for my 2004 LeSabre as I was unhappy with the initial offer on the LeSabre from Dan Millman. Tony expressed on numerous occasions his appreciation of my loyalty to the GM brand and I felt valued as a customer. From the owner (Marty Rebbec) to the sales staff (Jeff P is my salesman) to the Service Manager (Rick H) to the Service Hostess (Jenny) to the front office (Mary) to the service technician (Vern) it is a connected, competent, caring, and superior group of people who are absolutely dedicated to the jobs they do, to their customers, and to making Rebbec the best dealorship in the greater Central Illinois area. They have succeeded beyond their wildest imagination, their customers universally recognize it, and their past car owners have an unusually high rate of returning to the dealorship for cars and trucks. Easy to buy a quality used car! We were just going to look over and test drive some mid-sized SUVs. I had been looking at some online and Rebbec's seemed to have the most used SUVs We were just going to look over and test drive some mid-sized SUVs. I had been looking at some online and Rebbec's seemed to have the most used SUVs at the best prices. We started at Rebbec's but had planned to go look at other dealerships too. Kenny very patiently took us from car to car, gave us details about each one we were interested in and fetched several sets of keys so we could take all of them for a test drive. He made suggestions about other vehicles they had on the lot but readily took "no" for an answer if we weren't interested. He patiently and professionally helped us find the SUV that perfectly fit our needs. The Chevy Equinox we found was perfect: low mileage, good price, perfect condition and room for our large dog in the back. Rebbec's also gave us a fair deal on our trade in. Kenny was very accommodating to our needs and explained all the details about the car when we picked it up to take home. We are extremely happy with our new car, the service we received and the friendliness of all the employees we talked to. More
