Normally good service. Rick and Mary are the two people I trust. Otherwise would go elsewhere. Scheduled service today was done quickly. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience with me. I came in with their mailer promotion, just to see if I had won a prize. I won a lottery ticket; and I forgot it when I saw the Chevy Equinox and too I came in with their mailer promotion, just to see if I had won a prize. I won a lottery ticket; and I forgot it when I saw the Chevy Equinox and took it for a test drive. I fell in love and that was it! I've shopped at many car dealerships and McGrath Highway is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would buy a vehicle from this dealership. Internet prices are fair, but w is by far the worst I've ever experienced. I'm honestly not sure why anyone would buy a vehicle from this dealership. Internet prices are fair, but when you actually sit down to buy, the price increases by at least $5k in "fees". They will try to sell you on the additional fees by stating you get a protection plan and "safety check", all of which are nonsense. The financing they offered was not even within the down payment range I stated. The salesmen did absolutely nothing to try to reach an agreement - I left there feeling like they did not even want to sell the vehicle. Horrible customer service. More
