Make sure you get things in writing as they will promise things and no deliver also the same goes for what you get in writing and they still don't follow through. Misleading advertising and fees. Advertised price is with financing, cash price is higher. Over $3,000 difference with their fees. Only go here if you are in dire need of a vehicle, otherwise go somewhere else. I drove nearly two hours for what their website stated was a new cherokee with 20 miles on it. I got there and it had otherwise go somewhere else. I drove nearly two hours for what their website stated was a new cherokee with 20 miles on it. I got there and it had over 5,000 miles on it. They were using it as a CPO loaner car. There were paint scratches down to the primer, dents, large paint chips, and interior damage. All of which the salesman said would buff out. I am not sure how you buff out paint chips, dents and scratches to the primer. As for the interior damage he did offer $1,000 off the price. On top off all the damage they added an interior protection product comparable to Scotch Guard. They wanted nearly $5,000 for the product. Way over priced for a product I could apply myself. When it came to financing I asked that they just run dealer credit. Unfortunately they took it upon themselves to run my credit through a couple other banks. Ultimately I did not purchase from them. Several reasons are behind this. 1) vehicle condition and mileage 2) I was tag teamed by the sales staff. Husband and wife. 3) they were adamant about charging the extra money, nearly $5,000, for the interior protection. 4) the wife of the sales team didn't know most of the details about the vehicle. When I had enough I left and was followed by the husband of the sales team outside. He proceeded to tell me that I wasted his wife's time and I shouldn't have done that. It is his wife's job to try and sell vehicles. So I did not waste her time. In fact it was my time that was wasted. Had she told me the true mileage I would have never made the trip. To sum it up this dealership is poorly ran. They don't care about the customer. Yes, I did buy a new vehicle from an awesome dealer. More
