First time Subaru customer! Ken Zeller, Sales graciously welcomed me when the showroom was slatted to close. He gave an hour-and-half of his time and we test drove three Subarus. He welcomed my wife the following afternoon and Ken gave us an additional couple hours before we made our decision. He stayed with us through the completion of the sale and days afterward. He greeted me by name three weeks after the sale and gave me an hour of his time assisting me on being more comfortable with several of the Subaru safety features. I Love my 2024 Crosstrek Premium! Over the last three weeks I met over a half-dozen of the McGrath Evanston Team and they really feel like family! I feel blessed! More
