I have now purchased 3 Toyota Prius cars with Steven Salidas at Elmhurst Toyota. The first one was a 2006 Barcelona red one that I traded in last May 2010. I traded for a black Pruis III ibn May 2010, w Salidas at Elmhurst Toyota. The first one was a 2006 Barcelona red one that I traded in last May 2010. I traded for a black Pruis III ibn May 2010, working with Steven again and was very pleased. Sdaly the car was totalled due to flooding last Sat. July 24th. I called Steven asking for a favor, could he pick Me up and drop Me off at the rental car place near the dealership as I had no way to get there. He was more than happy to help me out with the ride and even waited at the rental place to make sure everything was ok before leaving. I went to the Elmhurst Toyota dealership once I had My rental and we went over what cars were available and what financing, rebates, speacial deals were going on currently. He helped Me fill out all the needed paperwork and as always went above and beyond to make things go as smooth as humanly possible. I picked up My new blue Prius V today(7-29-2010) and it is great. Steven even helped Me fax some documents to My insurance claims adjustor to help expidite some monies I have coming back from the insurance claim. Steven is just a great guy overall in My experince. Yes he wants to sell you a car, but he also takes the time to help you find the right vehicle for you and over time develops a real "relationship" with you. He truly is a freind and not just a salesman! Thanks for helping take a lot of the stress out of a tough situation Steven. More

We went into Elmhurst Toyota knowing what we wanted and wanted s soon as possible. With the help of Eric Finlon the car we wanted was found and delivered within a few days. His vehicle technical knowledge is superb and he makes the entire process enyoyable from beginning to end by making sure his customers are well informed and comfortable. John made me feel comfortable (I have to mention car shopping is not something I look forward to doing) and at ease not only by offering me coffee but just taking the time talking to me first finding out what "I" was looking for and wanted in a vehicle John sincerely made me feel like I was his number one customer and answered all my questions I had and then some. I am new to this dealership, I usually shop around my house but due to the economy the dealership is now closed. I guess I could be a salesman nightmare. I was not sure what exactly I wanted, I asked alot of questions and I needed to see several cars with that said, my salesman handled all of this with great ease. Igor Zigic was amazing and I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and just his overall personable attitude. At no time did he make me feel like I was being a burden. I didn't feel like he was putting on an act for my business. I can't say enough about his handling of me and my sometimes clueless behavior. The Finance Department was awesome as well. I've never liked the financial process, but the guys were great. I will make sure if I come in contact with anyone looking for a used or new car I will send them over to Elmhurst Toyota and tell them to ask for Igor. Charisse More
