Phil provided wonderful service for us. We found the car on the internet site and he was able to get us a very good deal on it. We flew in to get the car and it was ready and waiting. We'd like to begin by thanking you for scheduling our vehicle in for repairs with such short notice before a busy holiday weekend. Not only did Elmhurst Toyota accomplish this, but in the process of troubleshoooting the issue, the team diagnosed and then resolved problem correctly; saving us hundreds of $$. My wife and I then confidently went on our vacation - a 14 hour road trip throughout northern Michigan - without being detained or delayed from our original schedule. I'm not suprised at the level service received from Elmhurst Toyota, and have come to expect this as we have been doing business now for at least 10 years. I came here after an awful experience at Lombard Toyota; I was treated wonderfully. They were respectful, straight-up and honest with me-- not to mention Rob Smithburg gave me a better price on my 2010 Cor I was treated wonderfully. They were respectful, straight-up and honest with me-- not to mention Rob Smithburg gave me a better price on my 2010 Corolla S than any other dealer was willing to give me, by over $1000. Their entire staff is extremely professional and they don't employ any of the greasy tactics that you hear about other dealerships (e.g. Lombard Toyota). Everything was laid out for me in black and white-- no gimmicks, no trickery, and no bait-and-switch garbage. After Toyota Financial originally denied me eligibility for their Recent College Graduate rebate, Elmhurst Toyota actually negotiated on my behalf with Toyota Financial to award me the rebate. I showed up to the dealership ready to pick up my car and ended up paying a thousand dollars less than I had planned on paying. Unbelievable. I was blown away-- Elmhurst Toyota was getting my money either way, and they still took it upon themselves to negotiate with Toyota Financial on my behalf. On the day that I notified Rob that I was ready to purchase the car, Elmhurst Toyota picked the car up from a different local dealer and had it ready for me to pick up that afternoon (cleaned, inside and out, with a full tank of gas). The gentleman in the finance department didn't try to sell me any extra garbage, making the whole process transparent and explaining every detail to me. I also had a remote start installed a few days after I purchased the car. The service department called me to arrange a drop-off time at my convenience; when I dropped off the car in the morning, I was given a loaner car for the duration of the installation. I am a very skeptical man with a great appreciation for businesses that are run well. Elmhurst Toyota impressed me with their professional treatment of me, the consumer, and their dedication to quality that is rare for any business, let alone a car dealership. More

Leon not only quickly diagnosed the problem, but was able to fix it just as fast. When I called back and wanted additional service, he was happy to accomadate me. Plus, he arranged a ride home for my son i to fix it just as fast. When I called back and wanted additional service, he was happy to accomadate me. When I purchase a car I expect a good deal. However after I leave a showroom the most important people are the service reps and their team of skilled mechanics. At ELMHURST TOYOTA I have found the team to immediately great me at the door, explain things to me in a way that is not condescending and tell me exactly when my car will be available. The car is washed, the insides are draped in plastice and the overall experience is delightful! And I get a great cup of coffee while I wait. I was processed very quickly and then my ride to work showed up faster than I ever expected and about 1000 times faster than any other dealership I have been to in my 20 plus years of owning vehicles! Thank you very much and know that this level of service goes a long way with your customers. I purchased my vehicle at another dealership closer to my home, but my next vehicle will be purchased in Elmhurst, almost solely due to my experiences with the service group thus far (this was my third time and all have been fast and friendly). Nice service when buying a new car. In and Out. This is my third purches at that dealer store. They took care of us like we mater! If you do your reserche with prices you will make a good deal. I looked at carmax and their prices are lower but the drive to Kenosha, WI was just too far so we went to elmhurst toyota and they mached the car max price.
