John made me feel comfortable (I have to mention car shopping is not something I look forward to doing) and at ease not only by offering me coffee but just taking the time talking to me first finding out what "I" was looking for and wanted in a vehicle John sincerely made me feel like I was his number one customer and answered all my questions I had and then some. Even though I was not ready at that time to make the purchase I had a great experience. When I am ready I will be back and will asking for that same salesman John. More

Mike Stefanik at Elmhurst Toyota was great. He was very busy on my first day there but still made me feel like I was his only customer. I was given a courtesy call on the day I was supposed to pick up my c busy on my first day there but still made me feel like I was his only customer.
