Mike Stefanik at Elmhurst Toyota was great. He was very busy on my first day there but still made me feel like I was his only customer. I was given a courtesy call on the day I was supposed to pick up my c busy on my first day there but still made me feel like I was his only customer. In both cases the vehicles we were looking for had to be ordered or searched for (we were looking for a specific color/options). Rob called us several times to inform us on the progress and to let us know when they would be arriving at the dealership. If you are in the preliminary stages of making a purchase Rob has been great at getting us brochures with no pressure to make a decision "on the spot".
