Made an online purchase that was ready the same day. Didn’t end up needing parts as I had to replace the whole caliper and these folks would not give me a refund. Take your money and time elsewhere. I only had $50 in return items, if I mistakenly purchased a $300 part and would not be refunded this is not a place at which to do business. More

Not only that he waited for me after 5 pm (I arrived at the Elmhurst Toyota store at about 6pm), but he patiently showed me sev the right car for me. Not only that he waited for me after 5 pm (I arrived at the Elmhurst Toyota store at about 6pm), but he patiently showed me several cars, gave expert opinion about each of them and showed me all features of the car (Toyota Camry) I chose.
