I was in need of a used mini van. I found one on line and was able to go to the dealer and view it at my convienence. I was greeted by many as I walked in the door even though it was a holiday and was smooth was able to go to the dealer and view it at my convienence. I was greeted by many as I walked in the door even though it was a holiday and was smoothly taken through the process of purchasing the van. It was 4 years old, but looked brand new. They were very accommodating to my needs and explained all the options for additional coverage of the van thoroughly. The dealership was clean and the showroom was very impressive. They even had a little room for my child to play (though the toys were dirty). Overall I was very happy with my experience of purchasing this car and everyone we spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgable. I would recommend them to anyone! More

It's a great car for the price. Working with Eddie was outstanding. I called this dealership while on the road for a used Camry and Eddie answered. 30 minutes later I was there and the car I asked about was by the front door being dealership while on the road for a used Camry and Eddie answered. 30 minutes later I was there and the car I asked about was by the front door being warmed up. Eddie is a great sales person to work with a customer. After about an hour of pleasant discussion and negotiation, a deal was made. At the purchase, Eddie and the financial staff handled us like royalty. The car was nicely detailed. Furthermore, I did purchase a few parts from the counter and the prices were outstanding, staff very helpful. This dealer and Eddie is stupendous. More

Tommy Mulak, in my opinion, is really good in the service department...I trust him to tell me what needs to be done when it comes to repairs and service and to work with me on getting the important things do department...I trust him to tell me what needs to be done when it comes to repairs and service and to work with me on getting the important things done first (when I can't do them all at once.) He follows up by making appointments to fix the other things in a timely way, based on my budget. He is extremely courteous and pleasant and he always looks like he really enjoys his work. He is the main reason I come back to Elmhurst Toyota for my repairs and service...I know that Tommy keeps an eye on his team and that they work really well together...nice to see this!
