This dealer has a great service department. They take care of you as soon as you pull in. They are polite and helpful - explain everything before the work is done. The waiting area is also very nice. I was in Chicago from out of town on a SATURDAY MORNING(!)and my ignition switch failed to work. I had my 4Runner towed to Elmhurst Toyota fully expecting that they would not be able to service th MORNING(!)and my ignition switch failed to work. I had my 4Runner towed to Elmhurst Toyota fully expecting that they would not be able to service the vehicle until Monday morning. I spoke with Tommy Mulak, a service advisor, explained my situation and the circumstances. While he did not have the necessary part in stock to repair my vehicle, he immediately arranged for a part to be delivered to the dealership. The part was installed and I was on my way in less than 3 hours! Bearing in mind that this was a Saturday morning and quite a stressful situation for me to be in, the service I received from Mr. Mulak and Elmhurst Toyota was, to say the least, above and beyond all my expectations.
