The service at Elmhurst Toyota has always been friendly, quick, and thorough. Leon is always great to deal with at the Service Counter, he takes great care of my "old" Toyota! Overall enjoyable experience. They had several FJs in stock and answered all my questions while I cruised around in each of them. I had all my research and used car appraisal prior to going in and we we stock and answered all my questions while I cruised around in each of them. I had all my research and used car appraisal prior to going in and we were able to get right down to business. I can't remember enjoying haggling over a price prior to this. Once the car was decided on the financing portion was smooth as well. They ran several banks and a few additional banks at my request and I got a great rate. Beyond the actual process of interacting with the dealer my new FJ is great as well, highly recommended. If your in the market over a new car I recommend stopping in and talking to Max Giyas. More

My 4 yrs old Camry had a water leak in the trunk. After 2 visits, I contacted Dan and he kept the vehicle for 5 days, provided a free rental and corrected the problem at no charge. I test drove 3 other brands before I decided a RAV4 was the car for my family. The first Toyota dealer was pleasent and helpful. I came back the next day with internet research, but my salesmen was gone fo the car for my family. The first Toyota dealer was pleasent and helpful. I came back the next day with internet research, but my salesmen was gone for the day. The salesmen covering was pushy and tried to do the stereotypical hard sell on a women to me. Finally I asked for me keys and left. My brother suggested I try Consumer Reports online. This site has dealers that will honor the quoted price contact you. I was contacted by 3 Toyota dealerships the next day. I briefly spoke to Rob and said I would stop in after work. I recognized him from his online photo and was quickly at ease. After explaining exactly what model, color and options I wanted on the car, he calmly explained the different options, packages etc. The price he gave me was lower than the "bottom line" the previous hard sell dealer had offered- plus a better trade in price for my old Toyota. All this took less than 1 hour. I left a deposit and 2 days later picked up my shiny new RAV. Again we came in were warmly greeted and painlessly drove away within a couple hours. The sales manager couldn't have been nicer. Again easy simple and not pushy. I have and would recommend this dealership and salesmen. More
I have never been happier with a car or a dealership in my life. I purchased my scion xb 2 years ago from John Williams and not only was he knowledgeable about the cars but he was very kind to me and my f my life. After he showed me the XB it was very easy to purchase because the prices are what he called "pure pricing". Once he completed his part of the paperwork it was off to the finance office. I have heard many horror stories about what the finance guy was like at dealerships but this was no horror story. Todd Thiede was very pleasant to deal with. He went over a whole bunch of different options that I could purchase. He made sure to tell me that they were all options and that even though he did recommend them he said I did not have to purchase any of them. After careful consideration I decided on a few of the things he offered me. I purchased an extended warranty that would cover me for 100,000 miles and I also purchased a product I had heard of but didn't fully understand called lojack. Little did I know that this would come in handy recently. My car was stolen 2 months ago and thanks to lojack I had it back the very next day and there was no damage on my car. I decided to write this review after my lojack experience and I totally forgot t do it until March 9th 2011 after I visited Elmhurst Toyota's service department again for just a routine oil change. I was greeted by Casey Lewis and he was very kind and courteous to me. He took great care of me and my car. He pointed out that I needed to get a new air filter for my car and that this would actually help with my gas mileage as well. I was in and out of there in a very short time with an oil change and a new air filter in less than 30 minutes. Well done Elmhurst Toyota. If John Williams, Todd Thiede, and Casey Lewis are the type of people you keep on staff and continue to hire I will definitely be a customer for life!!! More
