I just bought my second car from this dealership and have had a wonderful experience both times! The salespeople are friendly and very efficient. I test drove the car I wanted, had the price I needed and 0% financing approved, then signed the paperwork within about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend buying a new car here. More

The quality of service is excellent at Elmhurst Toyota and with Faustino. When I called after work for a concern on an oil leak, Faustino at Elmhurst Toyota asked if I could come to the dealership that e and with Faustino. When I called after work for a concern on an oil leak, Faustino at Elmhurst Toyota asked if I could come to the dealership that evening. When I arrived, Faustino and the team of mechanics were in the service area when I drove in, and advised they would inspect the Toyota Yaris and check in the area of concern. Service was provided in a friendly, concerned manner, and the vehicle was inspected and serviced while I was in the comfortable area of the interior waiting room. As I found myself a cup of coffee and magazine, Faustino came to advise on the service needed, a gasket and new battery, and then proceeded to complete the work with the team at Elmhurst Toyota. When the service was completed within the same evening, Faustino brought me to the cashier who was friendly and efficient, and the price for the service reasonable and explained. Upon walking to my car, it was a pleasure to have had the vehicle washed and ready for me to drive home. The experienced personnel and the quality of work provided has me ready to ask again for service, when needed, from Faustino and Elmhurst Toyota. Thank you! More

One morning last week, after frustrating experience of having my car key stuck in the ignition. Initially, I thought a locksmith would be the solution. After a great deal of frustration calling around, a having my car key stuck in the ignition. Initially, I thought a locksmith would be the solution. After a great deal of frustration calling around, and learning about locksmiths policies on their service, I called Elmhurst Toyota service department to inquire if they could help me. I was assisted by Joe Sturgeon a service advisor, who suggested it could be a number of things wrong. He recommened I come in and he would look at it. Not only did Joe take his time to assist me in my already many failed attempts to extract my key, but he continued to lubricate all of the other key locks, and thoroughly cleaned out the debris that had accumulated in my ignition causing the problem in the first place. My Toyota is a 1994. It has been around. I love my car to death! Joe saved my day and did it with great professionalism and kind gesture. I really want to commend him for his service to a long standing Toyota owner (this is not my first Toyota). I will continue to invest my faith in Toyota and this dealer. My '98 VW was on its last legs, so I'd been doing research (online & word-of-mouth) & car shopping for at least 6 weeks before visiting Elmhurst Toyota - where I had a great experience. Visits to other dealers were really disappointing - either aggressively pushy or totally ignored me. Even though I was the buyer (a woman), one salesman directed all his questions to my brother, who was just along for the test drive, acting like I had no clue about cars. He was wrong. (Gee, he should be nicer to his female customers: research has shown that although a good percentage of car purchases are made by men, the major influence over which car to buy is often heavily influenced by, or completely decided by, the females in his life.) Anyway, I digress... Narrowed down my car choices & the Toyota RAV-4 was in the top 2. It quickly became my #1 choice because of the high level of service I received from Mike Stefanik at Elmhurst Toyota. My schedule is pretty busy, so I first contacted Mike via email and was impressed with his quick and straight-forward reply. I liked his style & decided to go in to test drive a 2011 RAV-4 4WD Sport. He shared good information about the car, answered all my questions well, provided me with the latest incentive info & wasn't pushy. And best of all, he actually followed up a few days later via email and phone. I needed a few more days to make a decision, but as soon as I was ready, Mike took time to answer more questions, set up a 2nd test drive, & work with me on pricing & my trade-in. Having done a lot of research on pricing, I felt good about the price we arrived at. Even though it was late on a Saturday afternoon, the gentleman in finance took time to explain the paperwork & how to work the incentives to my advantage. If anything could have been better, it would have been nice for someone to walk me through all the features on the vehicle & the maintenance schedule (or offer to have me come back for that). Loving my new vehicle since 2/19/11! More
